The Type-26 Ground Support Aircraft, or the Banshee, is a Covenant aircraft shown in Sandguardians .
Role in Plot
The Banshee first appears in the episode Welcome to Sandbox! where Dax spots it hovering near him before it is shot down by the Guardian Towers. It is later revealed to have been flown by Seal Vladaam.

- In the original cut of Welcome to Sandbox! a forge monitor can be seen placing the Banshee on the map.
