The Type-52 Troop Carrier, or the Phantom, is a Covenant troop carrier shown in Sandguardians.
Role in Plot[]
The Phantom is first seen in The Guy in White during which it is investigated by the character of the same name. It is next seen in Substitution after being spotted by Seal. He, Dax, and Jason go to investigate it in Service Unavailable where the two Blues learn that Seal took the Phantom with encounter Nash. In Season 4, we see an intact interior of the Guardians' Phantom, where Archie helps Dax and Jason sever its communications with DotCom. The Guardians' Phantom seems to have custom UNSC gun turrets rather than plasma turrets.
