Plot[]
Dax returns to the base alone, only to find it unoccupied. While he is inside, he ponders over the alien's whereabouts and its current location in Sandbox (unbeknownst to him that the alien is right behind him). As Dax begins to search more thoroughly, he spots an unusual looking foot. The foot disappears, resulting in Dax following it. As he gets to the center of the base, the foot is completely gone, leaving Dax disappointed. Suddenly, the alien appears behind Dax who, in response, frantically screams and fires his gun around. Dax, in a panic, tosses two grenades toward the alien's area and manages to knock it out. He then runs out of the base screaming and panting heavily.
Legend & Jason appear and ask Dax if he is okay. Dax, still panicking, tries to explain the situation. Legend decides to search inside the base, with Jason following behind him. He tells Dax & Icky, who comes out from his hiding place, to follow behind them. Icky & Dax argue about who should enter the base first, until Legend orders them to come inside. He angrily tells Dax where the alien is, which only confuses Dax. Dumbstruck, Dax runs toward the area where he knocked out the alien. However, the alien is nowhere to be found. Both Jason & Icky believe Dax to have PTSD due to his actions, but Dax tells them that he know what he saw. Becoming tired of the nonsense, Legend orders Dax to provide legitimate proof, but Dax is unable to. As a result, Legend orders the Blue team to go on lockdown, with Icky at the top of the base, Jason at the base's rear, & Dax at the entrance. Legend then makes a final statement, saying that they will find the "Covenant scum" & phone it home straight to hell.
